Who we are

Originally founded by a group of friends attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, Hexany is now headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and is a leading provider of sound design, music composition, and voice over for games and interactive media.

Co-owned by Audio Director Richard Ludlow and Lead Composer Matthew Carl Earl, Hexany offers a unique approach to audio for games, working with the top video game studios around the world to provide custom audio solutions for a wide variety of projects.

What we do

Collectively our game credits include work for franchises like Assassin’s Creed, OverwatchBlade Runner, Jurassic World, King’s Quest, Disney Infinity, H1Z1, Monster Hunter Online, Arena of Valor, and many more.

What is a Hexany?

A Hexany is a contemporary six-note geometric musical structure. It pushes the boundaries of music theory, blending science with sound. It has a distinct sound and is something completely unique.

We strive to push the boundaries of sound and music, combining art, science, and technology to deliver aural experiences that are unique and contemporary – just like the sound with which we share our name.
