This week, our awesome Audio Director Richard headed out to Boston for a bowl of chowdah! I’m sure he actually got some… but he was really on his way to the inaugural A3E conference to catch up with some of our good game audio friends, and speak on an exciting panel entitled Technology Advancements for Music & Audio Design. The panel consisted of some amazing industry leaders, including Chanel Summers (Syndicate 17), George Valavanis (Heavyocity Media), and Buzz Burrowes (Harmonix). Richard particularly focused on FMOD studio, and gave people a glance in to it’s use with one of our recent projects. Our audio roots are in Boston, so it’s always good to get back, see some familiar faces, and talk some game audio in beantown!
